II. Precautions

【Pre-Competition Stage】

2. Marathon exercise has certain dangers, heat stroke, cardiac arrest may lead to death. If you encounter physical discomfort during the competition, you should seek the help of the medical staff of the organizing committee in time.

3. If you are thirsty before departure, you should drink a small amount of water, do not need to drink more.

【Competition】

1. In the starting stage of the gun, follow the guidance of the organizing committee and move forward in an orderly manner. Do not stop or move in the opposite direction to avoid crowded collisions and the risk of stampede.

2. Choose the pace according to your own ability state, do not compare with others, blindly follow.

3. During running, it is recommended to replenish water or functional drinks in time every 15 minutes, and the single replenishment of water is about 120-200 ml. Supplement with 30-60 grams of carbohydrates per hour.

4. Marathon/half marathon, according to the characteristics of your own state, timely supplement functional drinks/salt pills to maintain the electrolyte balance in the body.

5. When the shoelaces are loose during the start or on the way, observe the surrounding situation, jog to the side of the road, gradually slow down, and stop the heavy tie.

6. When abdominal pain occurs on the way, slow down, change to walking, and make deep breathing adjustments.

7. When you are dizzy on the way, immediately stop running and change to slow walking, and choose whether to continue the race according to whether the situation improves. If the situation is serious, the help of the organizing committee should be sought immediately.

8. If knee or ankle pain occurs on the way, immediately slow down and change to slow walking. If the pain does not improve, please choose to withdraw from the competition in time.

9. When you are about to reach the end, do not sprint with all your strength, you can accelerate to the finish line slightly.

【Post-Competition Stage】

1. After crossing the line, do not stop, walk slowly along the post-race line.

2. Pay attention to wind protection and warmth after the game, and properly supplement carbohydrates.
