Zhuhai International Convention and Exhibition Center is located at No. 1663 Yinwan Road, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City. ZHCEC has nearly 2,000 underground parking spaces. Free parking, first come first served.

Self-driving temporary drop-off point

Vehicles can drop off passengers at Fucheng Daokou Bus Station, Hengqin Financial Base Bus Station, and Hengqin Bridge South Bus Station. Stop, drop and go. Vehicles are not allowed to stay. Participants enter the starting area on foot from Shishimen Avenue and Qinhai East Road.

After driving into Qinhai East Road, follow the on-site traffic police instructions to drop off passengers and drive away. Parking conditions are limited in each parking lot. Please park your vehicle in an orderly manner according to the guidelines and take good care of your belongings.

All runners must correctly wear their bib number for this event. Players must arrive at the designated area for inspection at least 60 minutes before the race. This race will start with one shot, and the marathon, half marathon, and mini marathon will start in sequence.

Game time

1. Timing

1. This competition uses induction timing and provides marathon and half marathon participants with timing chips approved by the Chinese Athletics Association. The chip will be distributed at the same time as the bib number at the entry point. The mini marathon event is not timed.

2. The organizing committee will set up an inspection carpet in front of each zone, and athletes must enter strictly according to the zone. After the competition is called, the athletes must first pass the inspection carpet in their respective zone, and then pass the starting point timing carpet. The results will be valid.

3.  This race has timing mats at the starting point, every 5km point, half marathon kilometer point, turnaround point and finish line. The timing chip will start timing when the contestants pass the starting point timing mat. Competitors must pass all timing mats during their run. If the results of any timing point are missing, or the difference between the results of the two timing chips at other timing induction carpets except the starting point is less than 0.1 seconds, the player's results will be verified. If a player is found to have violated rules, the player's results will be cancelled.

1. The organizing committee has set up fixed medical stations at the starting point, along the competition route (every 2.5 kilometers from 5 kilometers to the end) and at the end. Participants can request help at any time. Medical staff have the right to suspend a participant's continued participation in the competition based on his/her health condition. If a contestant does not follow the advice of medical staff and insists on participating in the competition, all consequences and responsibilities arising from the contest will be borne by the contestant himself.

2. The organizing committee will provide AED medical rescue services to the participants during the competition and arrange for 21 physician runners to assist in the rescue, including 11 for the marathon and 10 for the half marathon.

4.  The organizing committee will set up medical service points and medical service volunteers along the track to maintain the order of the competition and assist with rescue. Competitors can request help from them at any time.

4. Closing time

In order to ensure the safety of participants during the competition, social traffic will be closed on a rolling basis for a limited time. Each section of the competition route has a special closing time during the competition. After the closing time, the timing mat at the corresponding kilometer point will stop working, and social traffic will resume on the corresponding road section. Participants who have not completed the corresponding distance within the prescribed closing time must stop the race immediately and exit the track to avoid danger. Otherwise, the participant will bear the corresponding legal and compensation liabilities for any accidents caused. Participants who withdraw from the competition can take a reception vehicle at the reception station along the way or take public transportation to the finishing area. Closing time is calculated based on natural time, see the table below for details:

5. Mobile toilet

1. The organizing committee will set up mobile restrooms at the start and end points and every 2.5 kilometers starting from 5 kilometers along the track.

2.  To protect the environment, contestants are not allowed to defecate anywhere during the competition. Do not throw away any wrapping paper, bottles, cans and garbage at will. You should try your best to put them into the trash cans and garbage bags provided by the organizing committee. During the competition, contestants must abide by the relevant management regulations on garbage classification and jointly protect the environment.

The organizing committee will set up sprinklers at 27.5, 32.5 and 37.5 kilometers on the track;

There are 4 fog cannon trucks, which are set up at 16 kilometers of the half marathon and 28.5, 34.5, and 39 kilometers of the full marathon.

After the game

Kind tips:

After crossing the finish line, in order to ensure the safety of the runners, finishers are asked not to stop at the arch, but follow the guidance of the on-site staff to move forward and pass quickly.

1. Finishing Channel

Before collecting the completion items, the organizing committee will inspect the contestants’ bib numbers. Finishers must line up in an orderly manner to receive their finishing items. If there are a large number of people collecting tickets, please line up in an orderly manner. If you use an invalid bib number or a bib number that is not for this event to receive the completion items, the staff has the right to refuse to issue them.

Race medals will be issued to marathon, half marathon and mini marathon runners upon completion.

2. Pick up clothes

Finishers need to go to the park on the west side of the intersection of Huitong 2nd Road and Shizimen Avenue according to the corresponding number section on the bib to pick up the clothes you have deposited (the collection area is transferred to the clothing collection area before the race). The deadline for half marathon runners to collect is Before 13:00 on the race day, the deadline for marathon runners to collect is 14:45 on the race day. If you have not collected it after the collection time, you can go to the Zhuhai Hengqin International Tennis Center Media Center of the tournament organizing committee office to collect it from the second day after the game. If you do not collect it within 5 working days, the organizing committee will treat it as no one has collected it. deal with.
