Approved by the Executive Committee of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, the 2023 Hengqin Life Hengqin Marathon is scheduled to be held in the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone on December 31 (Sunday), with the start and end point set at the Central Park of Hengqin Financial Island.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the competition and the safe and smooth flow of road traffic during the competition, in accordance with the relevant provisions of road traffic safety laws and regulations, temporary traffic control measures will be implemented on some roads at different times and sections during the competition. Except for vehicles and people with special certificates, other vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from passing through.

1. The specific competition route is:

(1) Marathon (42.195 kilometers)

Hengqin Financial Island Central Park (starting point) - Huitong 5th Road - Rongao Road - Huandao East Road - Hengqin Avenue - Central Avenue - Haojiang Road - Haojiang Road (return) - Haojiang Road - Central Avenue - Hengqin Avenue - Huandao West Road - Haojiang Road - Haojiang Road (turn back) - Haojiang Road - Huandao West Road - Qinhai West Road - Houpu Road - Houpu Road (turn back) - Houpu Road - Qinhai West Road - Qinhai North Road-Huitong 5th Road-Hengqin Financial Island Central Park (end point).

(2) Half marathon (21.0975 kilometers)

Hengqin Financial Island Central Park (starting point) - Huitong 5th Road - Rongao Road - Huandao East Road - Hengqin Avenue - Central Avenue - Haojiang Road - Haojiang Road (return) - Haojiang Road - Central Avenue - Qinhai North Road -Huitong 5th Road-Hengqin Financial Island Central Park (end point).

(3) Mini marathon (about 6 kilometers)

Hengqin Financial Island Central Park (starting point) - Huitong 5th Road - Rongao Road - Qinhai East Road - Qinhai East Road (return) - Qinhai East Road - Rongao Road - Huitong 5th Road - Hengqin Financial Island Central Park (end point) .

2. It is hereby announced that traffic control will be established in the starting area before the race as follows:

(1) From 10:00 on December 29 to 04:00 on December 31, Huitong 5th Road (section from Shizimen Avenue to Rongzhu Road) is prohibited for motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Public vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can bypass Huitong 3rd Road and Huitong 6th Road.

(2) From 22:00 on December 30 to 04:00 on December 31, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are prohibited on Huitong 5th Road (section from Rongzhu Road to Fuqin Road). Public vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour through Huitong 3rd Road and Huitong 6th Road.

(3) From 12:00 on December 30 to 04:00 on December 31, Shizimen Avenue (section from Huitong 3rd Road to Huitong 5th Road) is prohibited for motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Public vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can bypass Wing Kong Road.

3. The traffic control during the game on December 31 is hereby announced as follows:

(1) From 04:00 to 17:00, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are prohibited on Huitong 5th Road (section from Shizimen Avenue to Rongzhu Road).

(2) From 04:00 to 14:00, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are prohibited on Huitong 5th Road (section from Rongzhu Road to Fuqin Road).

(3) From 04:00 to 17:00, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are prohibited on Shizimen Avenue (section from Huitong 3rd Road to Huitong 5th Road).

(4) From 04:00 to 09:00, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are prohibited in the Financial Island area (bound to Huitong 5th Road in the north, Qinhai East Road in the south, Ronggang Road in the east, and Fuqin Road in the west) and the Shizimen Tunnel. Motor trains pass. Public vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can bypass Huandao East Road and Hengqin Bridge.

(5) From 07:00 to 09:30, the section of Rongao Road (Huitong 5th Road to Qinhai East) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles.

(6) From 07:05 to 09:00, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are prohibited on Qinhai East Road (section from Rongao Road to Hong Kong and Macao Avenue). Public vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can bypass urban roads.

(7) From 07:05 to 8:30, Rongao Road (section from Qinhai East Road to Huandao East) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Public vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can bypass Shizimen Avenue.

(8) From 07:10 to 8:45, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are prohibited on Huandao East Road (section from Rongao Road to Hengqin Avenue). Public vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can bypass Metropolitan Highway, Hong Kong-Macao Avenue, Ziqi South Road, and Ziqi North Road.

(9) From 07:25 to 10:30, the main road on the north side of Hengqin Avenue (the section from Huandao East Road to Huandao West Road) is prohibited for motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Public vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can bypass the auxiliary road on the south side of Hengqin Avenue and pass under the Qinshi Tunnel.

(10) From 7:45 to 10:00, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are prohibited on Central Avenue (section from Hengqin Avenue to Haojiang). Public vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can bypass Xinkai San Road and Hong Kong and Macao Avenue.

(11) From 7:50 to 9:45, motor vehicles and vehicles are prohibited on Xiangjiang Road (section from Central Avenue to Tianyu Road), Tianyu Road (section from Xiangjiang Road to Haojiang Road), and Haojiang Road (section from Tianyu Road to Central Avenue) Non-motorized vehicle access. Public vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour through Rainbow Road.

(12) From 8:00 to 10:00, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are prohibited on Central Avenue (section from Haojiang Road to Qinhai North). Public vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can bypass Hong Kong-Macao Avenue, Tianyu Road, and Huandao West Road.

(13) From 8:05 to 14:00, Qinhai North Road (section from Central Avenue to Fuqin) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Public vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can bypass Huandao North Road.

(14) From 8:05 to 11:10, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are prohibited on Huandao West Road (the section from Hengqin Avenue to Hong Kong and Macao Avenue).

(15) From 8:10 to 11:00, Haojiang Road (the section from Huandao West Road to Xinkai 3rd Road) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Public vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can bypass Hong Kong-Macao Avenue.

(16) From 8:25 to 12:10, Qinhai West Road (the section from Huandao West Road to Qinhai North) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Public vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour through Huandao West Road and Huandao North Road.

(17) From 8:30 to 11:30, Hopu Road (section from Qinhai West Road to Shengzhou 2nd Road) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Public vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour through Huandao West Road and Huandao North Road.

(18) From 8:55 to 13:25, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are prohibited on Qinhai North Road (section from Qinhai West Road to Central Avenue). Public vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour through Huandao West Road and Huandao North Road.

4. It is prohibited to park all kinds of vehicles on the above-mentioned roads, and it is prohibited to pile up all kinds of items to ensure the normal conduct of the competition.

5. The time for resumption of public traffic on the traffic control section shall be determined by the traffic management department of the public security organ based on the competition progress and on-site traffic conditions.

6. Units along the competition route and the general public are advised to arrange detour routes in advance to avoid affecting travel. During the control period, people driving out of the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone are advised to adjust their travel plans in advance (it is recommended to detour to the Hengqin Second Bridge on Chimelong to get out of the island). Those who drive into the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone are asked to detour to the Hengqin Second Bridge. Bridge (to get to Hengqin Port from the city, you can take the overpass on the auxiliary road of Huandao East Road to reach it). And follow the traffic signs to take detours.
