Physician Runner Recruitment Program

▍The recruitment period is from now until November 15, 2024

▍ Recruitment number: 35 people (male or female); Among them, there are 22 marathon events and 13 half marathon events.

▍Recruitment conditions

1. Applicants must meet the age limit, participation experience and other relevant requirements required by the '2024 Hengqin Life Hengqin Marathon Competition Regulations' (←Click to view the competition regulations) and the '2024 Hengqin Life Hengqin Marathon Registration Instructions' (←Click to view the registration instructions). Carefully read and understand the content prompted in the 'Participation Statement' on the official website of the event and accept the relevant terms;

2. Have a valid physician and nurse practice qualification certificate (the applicant also provides an AHA certificate, and the organizing committee will give priority to it);

3. Have completed one half marathon or marathon after January 1, 2021;

4. With love and dedication, promise to take track rescue as the principle, and do not pursue personal results for the purpose, all applicants will be deemed to have voluntarily given up the event bonus.

▍How to register and provide information

Applicants should prepare the above information and pictures within the specified time period, and scan the QR code below to fill in the registration information.

▍Qualification review and list announcement

1. After the deadline for recruitment, the organizing committee will review and confirm the applicant's information and qualifications;

2. Confirmed by the organizing committee, the final list of 2024 Hengqin Life Hengqin Marathon physician runners will be announced through the official media channels of the event.

▍ Duties of a physician runner

1. Physician runners are part of the event staff, and it is their responsibility and obligation to obey the work arrangements of the organizing committee, abide by the working hours, and actively complete the work of physician runners.

2. The organizing committee will separately provide special materials and materials for physician runners (the specific distribution time and process will be notified separately);

3. The organizing committee will organize special training for physician runners (the specific time and place will be notified separately), and those who cannot participate in the training on time will be disqualified as physician runners in this event;

4. Obey the unified arrangement and adjustment of the organizing committee, and complete the race in accordance with the prescribed pace section;

5. On the day of the race, physician runners are required to wear the designated clothing provided by the organizing committee, and wear the exclusive number bib correctly, and strictly implement the relevant work arranged by the organizing committee. If a runner is found to be unwell and needs medical assistance, he or she must actively participate in the treatment and report it in accordance with the pre-race procedures.

6. If the physician runner fails to fulfill the obligation of physician runner during the event, the violating physician runner will be notified after the organizing committee confirms the situation.

7. The organizing committee has the right to use the photos of the physician runners for non-commercial purposes.
