Announcement on the postponement of the 2024 Hengqin Marathon

Dear Contestants,

Thank you for your attention and support to the 2024 Hengqin Marathon. The 2024 Hengqin Marathon has been postponed to March 23, 2025. We apologize for the postponement of the event affecting the participants' participation plans and travel arrangements. At the same time, in order to protect the rights and interests of all contestants and properly handle the follow-up matters of the postponement of the event, the relevant matters are hereby explained as follows.

1. About the registration fee

The refund channel will be opened within one week from the date of this announcement:

1. Players who choose to reserve their quota do not need to do anything;

2. Contestants who are unable to continue participating in the competition due to postponement can apply for a refund by clicking on the Mini Program below from now until 12 noon on December 29. After applying, the application fee will be refunded in full through the original payment channel within 7 working days after the full registration is completed.

3. Refund process

(1) WeChat Mini Program refund process:

Enter the Xempower Mini Program, click 'My' > enter the personal registration page of My Registration >, and click the Hengqin Marathon Refund Application button to successfully submit the refund application.

(2) Refund application process on the official website of the event:

Go to the official website of the event https://www.hengqinmarathon.com/→ click Register→ click Login/Register→ log in to your account with your mobile phone number or email→ click My Registration→ click Refund Request→ complete the refund application.

2. Accommodation and travel expenses

If you encounter difficulties in negotiating with the hotel to cancel your subscription, you can send your personal information (name, mobile phone number) and a description of the situation to the email OC@hengqinmarathon.com of the organizing committee before 12 noon on December 29, and the organizing committee will actively coordinate the cancellation matters.

If the contestant cancels the travel ticket, a refund fee will be incurred. Contestants are requested to provide their real-name tickets to and from Zhuhai from December 27 to 30, 2024, and relevant vouchers related to the refund and change fees of high-speed rail tickets (order screenshots, payment screenshots, refund screenshots, SMS notifications, etc.), and scan the QR code below to submit information before 12 noon on December 29, and will be compensated according to the facts after being reviewed by the organizing committee.

Concentrate:

1. Transportation expenses that are not within the specified date cannot be compensated;

2. Non-contestants who are traveling with them are not eligible to apply for compensation.
