The Hengqin Marathon is an annual large-scale key sports event in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, which has been developed for five years, with a total of more than 65,000 athletes participating, and has successively won the honorary titles of 'Bronze Medal Event', 'Most Beautiful Track Event' and 'City Image Media Communication Event' of the Chinese Athletics Association, and has become a city card witnessing the leapfrog development of Hengqin.

01 Application Requirements

✅ Age requirement: 18 years old or older

✅ Time requirements: The induction cycle needs to be until March 23 (the day of the Hengqin Marathon), and the service cycle is determined according to the time requirements of each post (depending on the situation of the post, the end time may increase by several days).

You cannot take more than one day off on weekdays (Monday to Friday) during the work period, and you cannot take two days off on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) of the week of the event.

✅ Requirements: Be in good health and be able to meet the knowledge and skills required for the corresponding volunteer position. Love sports, have a certain understanding of road running knowledge is preferred.

✅ Process requirements: be able to participate in volunteer interviews, training and volunteer service activities in the early stage of the event as required.

Contest Services

Positions that allow direct contact with the contestants and competition officials can be described as a 'battleground' for volunteers, but it also means that the work itself requires good communication skills.

This position can be exposed to the core information of large-scale marathon events, as well as the experience of event planning and implementation.

Player service

Player service is the top priority to improve the visibility and influence of the event, and player information is collected and organized...... With every marathon enthusiast taking care of you, and the runner service work for the big road running events will be in your strategic planning, are you ready for the challenge?

Event marketing 

The event marketing section is arguably the most eye-opening part for you. You will be involved in the management and execution of events, carnivals, official events, etc. Able to handle a wide variety of situations, are you the one we are looking for?

Comprehensive coverage

The smooth development of a large-scale event is inseparable from the hard work of many behind-the-scenes workers, who are distributed in different areas, silently taking care of everything, and can be said to be the 'general manager' of the event. If you're willing to be the 'hero behind the scenes', you're sure to find your own place here!

03 Benefits
