Those with the following diseases and conditions are not suitable to participate in the competition

1. Congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;

2. High blood pressure and cerebrovascular diseases;

3. Myocarditis and other heart diseases;

4. Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;

5. Diabetes with high or low blood sugar;

6. Catch a cold within two weeks before the match day;

7. Heavy alcohol consumption or lack of sleep the night before the game;

8. Pregnancy;

9. Infection with the new coronavirus;

10. Recent infection with the new crown is still in the recovery period;

11. Other diseases that are not suitable for long-distance events.

Notes


Pre-match phase

1. Breakfast on the day of the race should be moderate, mainly light to avoid hypoglycemia during the race.

2. Marathon sports are dangerous, heat stroke, cardiac arrest may lead to death. If you encounter physical discomfort during the competition, you should seek the help of the medical staff of the organizing committee in time.

3. If you are thirsty before departure, you should drink a small amount of water, do not need to drink more.


Game

1. In the starting stage, follow the guidance of the organizing committee and move forward in an orderly manner. Do not stop or move in the opposite direction to avoid crowded collisions and the risk of stampede.

2. Choose the pace according to your own ability status, do not compare with others, blindly follow.
3. During running, it is recommended to replenish water or energy drinks every 15 minutes in time, and the single replenishment of water is about 120-200ml. Supplement with 30-60 grams of carbohydrates per hour.
4. Marathon/half marathon, according to the characteristics of your own state, timely supplement energy drinks/salt pills to maintain the electrolyte balance in the body.
5. When the shoelaces are loose at start or on the way, observe the surrounding situation, jog to the side of the road, gradually slow down, and stop to tie up.
6. If you experience abdominal pain on the way, slow down and change to walking, while making deep breathing adjustments.
7. When you get dizzy on the way, immediately stop running and walk slowly, and choose whether to continue the race according to whether the situation improves. If the situation is serious, the help of the organizing committee should be sought immediately.
8. If knee or ankle pain occurs on the way, immediately slow down and change to slow walking. If the pain does not improve, please choose to withdraw from the competition in time.
9. When you are about to reach the end, do not sprint with full strength, you can accelerate to the finish line slightly.



Post-match phase

1. After crossing the line, do not stop, walk slowly along the post-race line.

2. Pay attention to wind protection and warmth after the game, and properly supplement carbohydrates.

The organizing committee specially reminds all participants that the participants shall be personally responsible for personal injuries and property losses caused by personal body and other personal reasons during the competition. The organizing committee recommends that all participants undergo physical examination (including four examinations of electrocardiogram and myocardial enzymes) through regular medical institutions, and conduct self-assessment in combination with the examination report to confirm that their physical and mental conditions can adapt to long-distance running and prepare for the competition.


Hengqin Marathon partner, Huixin Inspection, provides free myocardial enzyme spectroscopy for participants at the collection site, and participants can check according to the on-site guidelines. Blood drawing time: February 2-23 (24:9-00:17), February 00 (2:25-9:00).
