With the approval of the Executive Committee of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, the 2023 Hengqin Life Hengqin Marathon is scheduled to be held on 31 December (Sunday) in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, with a starting and ending point in the Central Park of Hengqin Financial Island.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the race and the safe and smooth flow of road traffic during the race, in accordance with the relevant provisions of road traffic safety laws and regulations, temporary traffic control measures will be taken on some roads during the race, except for vehicles and personnel holding special certificates for the 2023 Hengqin Life Hengqin Marathon, other vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from passing.

1. The specific route of the competition is:

(1) Marathon (42.195 km)

Hengqin Financial Island Central Park (starting point) - Huitong 5th Road - Rongao Road - Huandao East Road - Hengqin Avenue - Central Avenue - Haojiang Road - Haojiang Road (Turnback) - Haojiang Road - Central Avenue - Hengqin Avenue - Huandao West Road - Haojiang Road - Haojiang Road (Turnback) - Haojiang Road - Huandao West Road - Qinhai West Road - Houpu Road - Houpu Road (Turnback) - Houpu Road - Qinhai West Road - Qinhai North Road - Huitong 5th Road - Hengqin Financial Island Central Park (Finish).

(2) Half Marathon (21.0975 km)

Hengqin Financial Island Central Park (starting point) - Huitong 5th Road - Rongao Road - Huandao East Road - Hengqin Avenue - Central Avenue - Haojiang Road - Haojiang Road (switchback) - Haojiang Road - Central Avenue - Qinhai North Road - Huitong 5th Road - Hengqin Financial Island Central Park (finish).

(3) Mini Marathon (about 6 km)

Hengqin Financial Island Central Park (starting point) - Huitong 5th Road - Rongao Road - Qinhai East Road - Qinhai East Road (turnback) - Qinhai East Road - Rongao Road - Huitong 5th Road - Hengqin Financial Island Central Park (finish).

2. It is hereby announced that the traffic control in the starting area before the race is as follows:

(1) From 10:00 on December 29 to 04:00 on December 31, Huitong 5th Road (Shizimen Avenue to Rongzhu Road) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Social vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour to Huitong 3rd Road and Huitong 6th Road.

(2) From 22:00 on December 30 to 04:00 on December 31, Huitong 5th Road (Rongzhu Road to Fuqin Road) is prohibited from motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Social vehicles and non-motor vehicles can detour to Huitong 3rd Road and Huitong 6th Road.

(3) From 12:00 on December 30 to 04:00 on December 31, Shizimen Avenue (Huitong 3rd Road to Huitong 5th Road) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Social vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour to Rongkang Road.

3. The traffic control during the race on December 31 is as follows:

(1) From 04:00 to 17:00, Huitong 5th Road (Shizimen Avenue to Rongzhu Road) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles.

(2) From 04:00 to 14:00, Huitong 5th Road (Rongzhu Road to Fuqin Road) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles.

(3) From 04:00 to 17:00, Shizimen Avenue (Huitong 3rd Road to Huitong 5th Road) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles.

(4) From 04:00 to 09:00, the financial island area (north to Huitong No. 5 Road, south to Qinhai East Road, east to Ronggang Road, west to Fuqin Road) and Shizimen Tunnel are closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Social vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can bypass Huandao East Road and Hengqin Bridge.

(5) From 07:00 to 09:30, Rongao Road (Huitong 5th Road to Qinhai East Road, motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are prohibited.

(6) From 07:05 to 09:00, Qinhai East Road (section from Rongao Road to Hong Kong and Macao Avenue) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Social vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour the metropolitan road.

(7) From 07:05 to 8:30, Rong'ao Road (from Qinhai East Road to Huandao East Road) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Social vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour to Shizimen Avenue.

(8) From 07:10 to 8:45, Huandao East Road (section from Rongao Road to Hengqin Avenue) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Social vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can bypass metropolitan roads, Hong Kong and Macao Avenue, Ziqi South Road, and Ziqi North Road.

(9) From 07:25 to 10:30, the main road on the north side of Hengqin Avenue (from Huandao East Road to Huandao West) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motorized vehicles. Social vehicles and non-motor vehicles can bypass the auxiliary road on the south side of Hengqin Avenue, and wear the upper cover under the Qinshi Tunnel.

(10) From 7:45 to 10:00, the central avenue (Hengqin Avenue to Haojiang Road) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Social vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour to the newly opened three roads and Hong Kong and Macao Avenues.

(11) From 7:50 to 9:45, Xiangjiang Road (from Central Avenue to Tianyu Road), Tianyu Road (from Xiangjiang Road to Haojiang Road), and Haojiang Road (from Tianyu Road to Central Avenue) are closed to motor vehicles and non-motorized vehicles. Social vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour to Rainbow Road.

(12) From 8:00 to 10:00, the central avenue (Haojiang Road to Qinhai North Road) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Social vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour to Hong Kong and Macao Avenue, Tianyu Road, and Huandao West Road.

(13) From 8:05 to 14:00, Qinhai North Road (from Central Avenue to Fuqin Road) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Social vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour around Huandao North Road.

(14) From 8:05 to 11:10, Huandao West Road (Hengqin Avenue to Hong Kong and Macao Avenue) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles.

(15) From 8:10 to 11:00, Haojiang Road (Huandao West Road to Xinkai Sandao Section) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Social vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour to Hong Kong and Macao Avenue.

(16) From 8:25 to 12:10, Qinhai West Road (Huandao West Road to Qinhai North Road) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Social vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour around Huandao West Road and Huandao North Road.

(17) From 8:30 to 11:30, Hopu Road (Qinhai West Road to Shengzhou 2nd Road) is closed to motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles. Social vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour around Huandao West Road and Huandao North Road.

(18) From 8:55 to 13:25, Qinhai North Road (Qinhai West Road to Central Avenue section), motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are prohibited. Social vehicles and non-motorized vehicles can detour around Huandao West Road and Huandao North Road.

4. All kinds of vehicles are prohibited from parking on the above roads, and all kinds of items are prohibited from being stacked to ensure the normal progress of the game.

5. The time for the resumption of social traffic on the traffic control section shall be decided by the traffic management department of the public security organ according to the process of the competition and the on-site traffic situation.

6. Units and the general public along the race route should arrange the detour route in advance to avoid affecting travel. During the control period, those who go out by car in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin should adjust their travel plans in advance (it is recommended to detour to the Second Hengqin Bridge on Chimelong and exit the island), and those who drive into the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin should take the Second Hengqin Bridge (to go to the Hengqin Port in the urban area, you can take the interchange on the auxiliary road of Huandao East Road). and follow the traffic signs to take a detour.
