Contestants who register for the first time (before the postponement of the event) and are qualified by lottery and do not actively apply for withdrawal after the postponement of the event will still retain the qualification to be postponed to March 23, 2025.

The players announced after the draw in this round will be the qualification draw for the players who have started the second registration after the postponement of the event. Runners who do not get the quota do not need to apply for a refund, and the organizing committee will return the fee within 7 working days after the lottery result is announced.
