Pre-race equipment collection layout

*Note: Please strictly abide by this collection time, and it will be deemed as a waiver of collection after the deadline. It is recommended that players choose to pick up their belongings on Friday (March 21) as much as possible to avoid the peak of crowds on Saturday (March 22).

*Only the contestants who choose to receive the competition in Macao at the time of registration and win the lottery can go to the Macao to collect the goods, if they do not collect the competition materials within the specified time, they will be deemed to have abandoned the race.

2. Pick-up location

(1) Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin

Location: Central Park, Financial Island, Hengqin (80 meters west of the intersection of Huitong 2nd Road and Shizimen Avenue).

(2) Macau

Location: Shop A on the right side of the lobby on the G floor of Nam Kwong Building, Avenida da Dr. Rodrigi, Macau, Nam Kwong Real Estate Exhibition Hall.

2. The materials that must be prepared before receiving the goods

√ Original ID card used for registration (second-generation ID card, passport, Hong Kong and Macao pass, Taiwan compatriot permit, etc.).

√ Contestants who sign up to receive goods in Macao must present the 'SMS for Collection' when collecting goods.

Be sure to bring all the above information! Band all! Band all!

*Note: If the above information cannot be provided, and the person and certificate are inconsistent, the organizing committee has the right to refuse to distribute the contest items.

3. Description of the goods

Receiving items is a necessary part of the preparation before the competition, and you must comply with the relevant regulations of the Participation Instructions before you can receive them. Please read the following rules carefully

1. [Only for the contestant to collect, not on behalf of the contestant] All the contestants must be collected by the contestants themselves, and no items are accepted to be collected on behalf of the contestants, please be sure to bring the original ID used for registration before collecting the items, and the organizing committee will refuse to issue the contestants to them if the person and certificate are inconsistent. For acts that seriously endanger public safety by providing false documents or deliberately concealing their own health conditions, they will be reported to the relevant departments for legal responsibility.

*If you are unable to participate in the competition due to personal reasons, you can apply for a mailing package from 9:30 a.m. on March 25 to 24:00 on April 10 after the race.

2. The minor's bag can be collected by the guardian, and the guardian must present the minor's original ID when registering. Runners over the age of 8 but under the age of 18 must sign the 'Confirmation Letter of Minor Insured' by their guardian at the same time of collecting the goods, and the insurance can take effect. Please pay attention to the relevant guidelines or consult the on-site staff when collecting the goods, and complete the confirmation letter in time.

3. For participants who do not comply with the above relevant regulations, the organizing committee has the right to refuse to participate in the competition and distribute the equipment.

Fourth, the process of receiving goods

Present your ID to print out the collection slip → Collect the bib number → Collect the race uniform → Chip testing (for full-distance and half-marathon events only)

1. Please check the collection information before receiving the goods, and bring the original valid documents used for registration to the collection site.

2. In order to avoid unnecessary queuing, all contestants are reminded to arrange their time reasonably and collect their personal items at a staggered peak on 22 March.

3. The clothing size of the contestants will not be collected at the time of registration, and the clothing size will be distributed according to the distribution of the event and the order of application, on a first-come, first-served basis, to meet the needs of the contestants as much as possible, and there is no guarantee that everyone can get the desired size; If the contestant wants to change the size of the garment due to personal reasons, the original packaging can be changed at the check-in site through negotiation if the original packaging is unopened, and the original packaging cannot be replaced.

7. Guidance on the transportation of goods

(1) Public transportation

(1) Get off at Hengqin Bridge South Station: Take No. 14, No. 86, No. 87, No. 88, No. K10, No. K11, No. T88 to get off at 'Hengqin Bridge South Station', walk for 24 minutes (about 1.6 kilometers) to reach Hengqin Financial Island Central Park.

(2) Get off at Huitong No. 7 Road Bus Station: Take No. 62, Z51, Z58, G80 to 'Huitong No. 7 Road' bus stop, walk for 13 minutes (about 877 meters) to reach Hengqin Financial Island Central Park.

2. High-speed rail/bullet train/urban rail station

(1) Zhuhai Station (about 11 kilometers away from Hengqin Financial Island Central Park) recommended route: walk to the 'Gongbei Port' bus station, take K10 Road, get off at 'Urban Rail Wan Chai Station', transfer to 62 at the same station, get off at 'Huitong 7th Road', and walk to Hengqin Financial Island Central Park (about 877 meters).

Or walk to the 'Gangchangnan' bus stop (about 1.3 kilometers), take No. 62 and get off at the 'Huitong 7th Road' bus stop, and walk to the Central Park of Hengqin Financial Island (about 877 meters).

3. Zhuhai Airport (about 37 kilometers away from Hengqin Financial Island Central Park)

Recommended route: Take the Zhuhai Airport Express (get on at 'Zhuhai Airport' and get off at 'Hengqin Port'), transfer to bus Z51 at the 'Hengqin Port' bus station and get off at 'Huitong 7th Road', and walk to Hengqin Financial Island Central Park (about 877 meters). Or take bus No. 62 at the 'Hengqin Port East' bus station, get off at 'Huitong No. 7 Road', and walk to the Central Park of Hengqin Financial Island (about 877 meters).

(2) Self-driving transportation

Notes:

Transportation: The speed limit on the main road of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin is 70km/h;

Weather: Check the weather forecast for Zhuhai and Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone before departure;

Safety: Avoid fatigue driving, check the condition of the vehicle;
